Application of nursing pathway based on enhanced recovery after surgery in elderly patients undergoing robot-assisted transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheapplicationefeetof nursingpathwaybasedonenhancedrecoveryaftersurgery（ERAS）inrobotassisted transforaminallumbarinterbodyfusion （RA-TIF）forelderlypatientswithlumbardegenerativediseases.Method：Ahistorical controlwasdesignedinthisstudy.67elderlypatientswithlumbardegenerativediseasehounderwentRA-TLIFandreceivedroutine nursingcareduring theperioperativeperiodatourhospitalfromJanuary2O24toMarchO24wereselectedasthecontrolgroup，and 67elderlypatientswithsamediseases whounderwentRA-TLIFandreceivedERAS-basednursingpathway interventionduringthe perioperativeperiodatourhospitalfromApril2O24toJune224wereselectedastheobservationgroup.Thepostoperativerecovery， postoperativepinlevel，anxiety，lumbarfunction，omplicationsandnursingstisfactionwereomparedbetweenthtwogoups. Result：Teoetiooudigiantlyorterostopeatiospialstayatsbutiondlto first oral intake than the control group （P<0.05） . The visual analog scale （VAS） scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 24h 48h ，and 72h after surgery （P<0.05） . The geriatric anxiety inventory （GAI） score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group at 7 days after surgery （P<0.05） . Three months after surgery，the Oswestry disability index （ODI） score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） .There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups （P>0.05） . The nursing satisfaction level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The nursing effect of ERAS-based nursing pathway in RA-TLIF for elderly patients with
lumbardegenerativediseases issignificant，whichcanaceleratepostoperativerecoveryprogres，promotelumbarfunctionoery relieve pain and anxiety，and improve nursing satisfaction.
