AbstractObjective：Toevalatethesafetyandfeasiblityofremoterobot-asistedlefthemicolectomyusingadmesticsurgicalrobot integratedwith5Gcommunicationtechnology.Methods：OnJune19，2024，thefirstcaseof5Gremotedomesticrobot-asistedleft hemicolectomywassuccfullperfoedona49-yearoldfemalepatientwitholoncanerattheNo.1DepatmentofGenealSurgeyof GansuProvincialHospitalwiththedomesticallyproducedTuaisurgicalrobtcombedwithaGwirelessnetworkacrosstwoospital sitesseparatedby7urcalpaeers，stopatieflopoes，tokpfaceadalsabilitye monitored.Results：Theprocedurewassucesfullycompletedwitoutadverseevents，withanoperativetimeof190minandestiated intraoperative blood loss of 20mL .The patient recovered well，as multiple follow-up examinations of tumor markers and abdominal CT scans showednoevidenceoffitieuceitnopliassuchasastomoticlakagfever，oicisionsiteiftioed. Average networklatencywas5Oms，packetlossateasOandtotallatencywas45ms.Nonetworkhadoverorinterruptiocured duringtheprore.tjitaletsedetkldgiicala implemented.Conclusion：5Gremoterobot-assistedlefthemicolectomyissafeandfeasible，whichshouldbefurtherinvestigated.
