Abstract: Objective To explore the application of the Flipped Clasroom mode based on Small Private Online Courses (SPOC) in Reproductive Medicine intemship teaching,and verify its teaching efectiveness through multidimensional evaluation.Methods Adopting a cluster randomized controlled trial design,123 clinical intems from the Reproductive Center of the Second Afiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2020 to December 2O24 were randomly divided into the the experimental group ( )and the control group 0 n=62 ). SPOC + Flipped Classroom mode with video feedback was used In the experimental group,while the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group. The discharge assessment results,selfassessment results and teaching satisfaction assessment results of intems in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The discharge assessment scores of interns in the experimental group were all significantly better than those of thecontrol group,and the differences were allstatistically significant ( P
