Exploration of the Training Path for Master Students with Professional Degree in Medical Imaging Technology Oriented by Post Competency

Abstract： In 2O22，the Ministry of Education adjusted the academic degree in Medical Technology to the professional degree，further clarifying the direction for talent cultivation in this field．This paper begins by analyzing the current status of graduate cultivation in Medical Imaging Technology in China and identifies the existing challenges.It explores the training path for master students with professional degree oriented by post competency，including constructing a foundational theoretical knowledge system，enhancing clinical practical skills，integrating ideological and political education，fostering scientific research innovation capabilities，and formulating interdisciplinary training strategies.The goal is to cultivate compound talents in Medical Imaging Technology with strong innovative abilities，interdisciplinary competencies，and robust clinical practice skills.
