Abstract: Against the backdrop of the in-depth development of globalization and the accelerated advancement of intermationalization in medical education,China has proposed the construction of a high-quality education system for intermational students studying in China. Currently,the traditional training mode of international medical students hasdeficiencies incultivating innovative capabilities and scientific research literacy,making it dificult to meet the demand for intermational medical talents in the new era. Exploring new training models has thus become a key direction for the reform of medical education. In this context,this study focuses on the innovative talent training mode of intermational medical students driven by academic competitions and scientific research projects.It systematically elaborates on the core connotation and design ideas of this mode, and deeply analyzes its operational mechanism from four dimensions including management system,service system,tutor training system,and student evaluation system. The research results indicate that this mode is conducive to the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities incolege students,enhances students’cogni tionand evaluation of their learning achievements during their study abroad,and provides references for the innovative development of medical education internationalization.
