Research on Improving the Incentive and Restraint Mechanism of Employees in Family-Owned Enterprises BasedonaSurveyof H Company

Abstract:Under the backgroundof rapideconomic growthin China,familyfirms playan important rolein promotingemployment,inovation-driven and economic transformation because of theiruniqueorganizational characteristics and governance structure.However,withthe intensification of market competition and corporate governance requirements.Lack of internal incentives and excessive constraints in family business hasincreasingly become an obstacle to the development of family business.This paper analyzes the current management situation of h-family Enterprises and identifies the main problems in the incentive and constraint mechanism.In order to collect thesequestions,this paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview method,takesdataanalysisasthe support,carriesonthesystem,thesystemconstructionandtheempirical testtotheHfamilyenterprisesincentive mechanismand therestraint mechanism.This paper focuses on how tobalancetheincentiveand constraint behavior toensurethemotivationofemployees,whilelimiting their behavior inlinewiththelong-termdevelopment ofthe enterprisetrack.This paper firstdescribes the pres ent situationof enterprise's incentive and constraint,then analyzes the problems of its incentive and constraint mechanism,and finally,discusses the countermeasures of perfecting enterprise'sincentiveand constraint mechanism.
