Abstract：Withthe introduction of new quality productive forces，cross-strait economic cooperation and talentexchange areembracingnewdevelopmentopportunities.Thisarticle focuses on the current situation， opportunities，and challenges faced byyoung people fromTaiwan in their development onthemainland under the context ofnewquality productive forces.Through status analysis and theoretical discussion，and using humancapital theory，socialintegration theory，and push-pull theory，thearticleconductsanin-depth analysis of the multidimensional issues concerning young people from Taiwan developingon the mainland.Currently，newquality productive forces providebroad development space for young people fromTaiwanespecially in high-tech and innovation entrepreneurship fields. However，challenges in human capital optimization，social integration，and decision-making motivations cannot be ignored.Based on this，threedimensional countermeasures are proposed to promote the participation of young peoplefrom Taiwan in the development of newquality productive forces：first，the "four-dimensional adaptation"humancapital optimization strategy，including knowledge structure，cultural adaptation，social networks，and policy support; second，the"creationandexpansion"schemefortheinnovationandentrepreneurshipenvironment;third，comprehensive measures of "adding，constructing，and improving" to promote social integration.Theaimis to better facilitatethe participationof young people fromTaiwan inthe development of new quality productive forces and promote the|peaceful development of cross-strait relations.
