Abstract:With therapid advancement of digital technology，the high-speed development of digital economy andtheever-changing evolutionof digital society,the current industryand society areencountering the severechallengeoftheurgentdemandandinsufficient supplyofdigitaltalents.TheGuangdong，Hong Kongand Macao Greater Bay Area has achieved remarkable results in the development of digital talents through policy leadershiptheconstructionof talenttrainingsystem，regional cooperationanddigitalinnovation,butit still faces the problems of shortage of high-end digital talents，insufficient matching of talents‘skills withactual needs，high mobilityof talentsand obstructionby barriers among thethreeregions.Accordingly,this paper suggests strengthening the combination of higher education and industry，reinforcing the cultivationofdigitaltalentsinenterprises，optimizingthedigital work environmentandestablishing an effectivemechanismfortheintroductionandmobilityoftalents,soas topromotethedevelopmentofdigital talentsinGuangdong，Hong Kongand MacaoGreater BayArea，and toprovideastrong supportforaccelerating the development of new-quality productivity.
