Abstract：Against the backdrop of increasingly severe global ecological and environmental issues and the depening of the concept of sustainable development，green transformation of local economies has become an inevitablechoicefor achievinghigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment.Thisarticleis basedonthe methodology of dialectical materialism，analyzingthebasic principles ofdialectical materialism methodologyandits inherentconnectionwiththe greentransformationoflocaleconomy.Itanalyzesthechallenges faced bythe current greentransformationof local economy，such as difficulties intraditional industry transformation， insufficient green technology innovationability，weak green development awareness，and imperfect policy support andcoordination mechanisms.Fromtheaspects of establishing the correct concept of green development，promoting industrial structure adjustment and optimization，strengthening green technology innovation and application，andimproving policy support and guarantee mechanisms，it explores the pathof dialecticalmaterialism methodology driving the green transformationof local economy，providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for local economy to achieve green and sustainable development.
