The Path to Improve the Legal System of Public Participation in Biodiversity Conservation in China

Abstract:Thispaper aimstoexplorethecurrent situation，problemsandimprovement pathofthelegal systemof public participation in biodiversity conservationin China.First,this paper reviews the framework andcontent ofthelegal systemof publicparticipationinbiodiversityprotectioninChina，andanalyzes the actual situation and effectiveness of publicparticipation.Secondly，thispaperdeeplyanalyzes the problemsexistinginthelegal systemofpublicparticipationinbiodiversityprotectioninChina，includingthe deficienciesanddefectsoflegal provisions，aswellastheobstaclesandchallengesintheimplementation process.Onthis basis,this paper puts forward the strategies toimprovethelegal systemof public participationinbiodiversityprotection in China,including theimprovement measuresatthelegislativelevel and theoptimization of the implementation and supervision mechanism.Finally，this paper summarizes the main pointsof the full text and prospects the future research directions.
