Research on the Development Optimization Strategy of Jiangsu Provincial Government Venture Funds Based on SWOT Analysis

Abstract：In recent years，the establishment of government venture funds toattract social capital to participate inventure capital hasgradually become an important way to promote thedevelopment of newlyestablished firms and support the local economy.After more than 20 years of development and operation， China‘s government venture fundsalso face someurgent problems to be solved.This paper takes Jiangsu provincial government venture funds as the research object.Firstly，it summarizes and analyzes the development statusofJiangsu Provincial governmentventurefund.Secondly，theSWoTmethodisusedtosortouttheadvantages，disadvantages，opportunities and threats that affect the development of Jiangsu government venture funds.Finally，based on this，this paper puts forward the advantage-opportunity strategies，advantagethreatstrategies，disadvantage-opportunitystrategiesanddisadvantage-threat strategiesfor thedevelopmentof Jiangsu provincial government venture funds，which provides referenceand basis forthe decisionmakingofrelevantgovernmentdepartments.
