Abstract：Withthecomprehensiveadvancementofruralrevitalizationworkandinthecontextofdeepeningtheconstruction ofamodernvocationaleducationsystem，agriculturalvocationalcolegeshavebecomeanimportantrequirementinthenewerato givefullplaytosocialservicestregionalconomicdevelopment.imingattheharacteristicagriculturalindustryofaojiCity ShanxiProvince，thispapersummarizesthesocialserviceworkexperienceofBaoji Vocational&TechnicalCollgeinthefield ofmoderagriculture，anddeeplyanalyzesthecurentproblemsfacedinsocialservice practiceandanalyzesthereasons， focusingon "industrychain-talentchain-innovationchain-servicechai"，andproposessystematicpathimprovementplansthrough exploration.Itisexpectedtoprovideapracticalparadigmthatcanbeusedforreferenceforagriculturalvocationalcolegesin the same type of areas to improve their social service capabilities.
