Abstract：Newagriculturalproductivityisdrivenbythreedimensions：innovation，factors，andindustry.Itsdevelopmentis directlyrelatedtotheefectivenessofourcountrysfoodsecurityanduralrevitalizationstrategyItrequiresthecordiated advanceentofmultipleagriculture-relatedentitiessuchas"government，school，enterpriseresearch".Comparedwithother entities，agriculture-relatedhighervocationalcollgesnaturallyhavetheadvantagesofbeingclosetoindustryandhavigaclear applicationorientation，andareanimportantfactorinpromotingthedevelopmentofnewagriculturalproductivityBasedonthe synergytheoryfroteeepespeciofiovatincllborationpliaionollboration，ndducationcollatioths paperanalyzestheinherentmechanismofagriculture-relatedhighervocationalcollgescoperatingwithotherentitiestoepower thedevelopmentofagriculturalnewqualityproductity，andproposescorrspondingpracticalpaths：buildingasientificand technologicalinnovationsynergymechanismtoprovideasourceofpowerforthedevelopmentofagriculturalnewquality productvity；smothingthepathofcollaborativetransformationofscientificandtechnologicalachievementstoprovideamaterial foundationforthedevelopmentofagriculturalnewqualityproductivity；reconstructingthecollborativeeducationecosystemto provide intellectual support for the development of new agricultural productivity.
