Abstract：Asanovel form of knowledgerepresentation，theRedculture knowledge graphserves asanew technical pathway forruralrevitalization.Itholdssignificantvalueinpromotingtheculturalandtourismindustrydevelopmentinoldrevolutionary baseareas，fosteringnewruralcivlations，andenhancingfarmerscomprehensiveliteracy.However，inthecurrntprocessof leveragingRedcultureknowledgegraphstodriveruralrevitalizationintheseregions，chalengespersist，includinginsfficient efectivenessofParty-buildingleadershipinRedculture，ashortageoftalentinRedcultureknowledgegraphdevelopment，and limitedapplicationforatsforsuchgraphs.ThereforeitisnecessarytostrengthentheleadershipefectivenessofPartybuilding inprimary-levelorganizationswithinoldrevolutionarybaseareas，acceleratethecultivationofruralRedculturetalentteams，and diversify theapplicationscenariosofRedcultureknowledgegraphsintheseregions，aimingtoadvancetheimplementationof the rural revitalization strategy.
