产教融合下设施农业科学与工程专业人才培养模式探索与实践

Abstract：Inthecontextofthenationalfacilityagriculturedevelopmentstrategy，thetrainingofprofessionalsinfacility agriculturescienceandengineeringneedstoadapttothenedsof industrialupgrading.Atpresent，thismajorhasproblemssuch asthemismatchbetweentheknowledgestructureandindustryneeds，thegapbetweeagriculturalandindustrialscientific literacyandindustrydevelopment，andinsuffcientpracticalability.Comparingthetalenttrainingmodelsathomeandabroad， takingthefacilityagriculturemajorofShandongAgriculturalUniversityasanexample，thereformpathfortheintegrationof industryandeducationisproposed：buildingamodularcuriculumsystemintegratingmultipledisciplinesandstrengthening engineringthinking;creatinga"Five-in-One”practicalsystemthatrunsthroughtheentireprocessfromcognitiveintemshipto graduation internship; innovating the dual collaborative mechanism of "subject integration + industry -education integration" and adopting"knowledge-action”two-stagetraining;Embedthe"dualpath"ideologicalandpoliticaleducationmechanismtoachieve theunityofvalueleadershipandprofesionaltraining.Inthefuture，acharacteristiccuiculumsystemwillbebuilt，practical teachingillestrengthened，compoundtalentswithbothinovativeabilityandsocialresponsibilitywillbecultivatedand support the development of regional facility agriculture will be provided.
