Abstract：WiththecontinuousadvancementoftheNewAgricultureinitiativeandtheincreasing demandforhigh-quality， interdisciplinaryandplicationrientedtalentiation，thetraditioalummativeassessmetodelhichprimarilyelio finalexaminations，hasbecomeinadequateforprofessionalcoursessuchasFaciltyHorticulturethatarehighlyinterdisciplinary andpractice-oriented.BasedontheOutcome-BasedEducation（OBE）conceptandconstructivistlearning theory，thisstudy systematicallconstructsadiversfed，comprehensive，andcompetencyfocusedfomativeevaluationsystemtailoredtotheteaching objectivesandcontentcharacteristicsofteFacilityHorticulturecourse.Thissystemintegratesprocessassessentthroughoutall stagesof leaing-pre-class，in-classpost-classandexperimentalpractice-includingdiversefossuchasolineself-eaing evaluations，clasroominteractionsandthematicdiscusions，constructionofchapter-basedknowledgemaps，experimental operationsandreportwiting，facitydesignprojectevaluations，phasedprojecttasks，andafinalcomprehensiveaplication assessment.Detailedevaluationindicatorsandweightingsarealsodesigned.Throughtworoundsofteachingpractice，results demonstratethatthisprocessasessmentsystemefectivelystimulatesstudentslearninginitiativeandenhancestheirknowledge integration，engineeingpractic，andiovativethinkingabilites，providingareferentialmodelfortheasessmentreforof similar applied agricultural courses.
