Abstract:Thesmartagriculturalpublicserviceplatform isanagriculturalserviceplatformbuiltwith thehelpofadvanced technologiessuchastheInteretofTings,bigdatandartifcialintellgence.Itaimstoachieveintellgenceandprecisioin agriculturalproductionmanagementandpromotethedevelopmentofagriculturalmodernization.Basedonthe"ScenarioSubjectPath"analysisframework,thispaperexplorestheconstructionprocessoftheSmartAgriculturePublicServicePlatformledby thegovermentthroughtheanalysisofthecaseofthe"SmartAgricultureandRuralAreas"bigdataplatforminChangshaCity, andspecificallanalyzeswhatgovernancescenariostheconstructionentitiesface,andhowtoseizethepolicywindowand conductpracticalexplorationofscientificplatformconstruction.Theesearchfoundthatduringtheconstructionprocessof the ChangshaCitySmartAgriculturalPublicServicePlatform,throughtheverticalandhorizontalconnectionsofkeyentitisand closecollborationofmultipleentities,thetransformationofadiscretesubcontractedagriculturalservicesystemintoanficint integrated smart agricultural public service platform has been realized.
