Abstract:HeilongjiangProvinceisamajoragriculturalprovinceinmycountryanda"ballststone"forfoodsecurity. Developingtalenttraininginagriculturaluniversitiesisakeypathtopromotethedeepintegrationofnewqualityproductive forcesandmodernsmartagriculture.Combinedwiththeactualdemandofnewqualityproductive forcesformodernsmart agriculturaltechicaltalentswithacomponddustrntegratedvatiorivenandgreeandsustainableevelot model.Byinvestigatingtheproportionoftrainingandsuplyofvariousagriculture-relatedtalents，thesatisfactionofeplyers, thematchingof industryneeds，andtheanalysisofgraduateemploymentdata，theresearchandpracticeoftheresultsof innovative talent training models in agricultural universities are proposed.
