乡村振兴背景下高职涉农专业耕读教育的实践育人体系创新构建

Abstract：Inthecontextofcomprehensivelypromotingtheruralrevitalizationstrategy，highervocationalagriculture-related majorsshouldertheimportantmisionofcultivatingnewtalentswhoknowandloveagriculture，andstrengthenagricultureand prosperagriculture.Taking Xianyang VocationalTechnicalCollgeasanexample，thispaperaimsattheproblemsexistinginthe currentfarmingandreading education，suchasweakawarenessof"knowingthehistoryofagriculture"，lackof practiceofunderstandigagiculturalafais"，disjointedlinsof"understandingagriculturalconditions"，andinsufiientabiltyto"solegiculturalworres"，soastobuildapracticaleducationmodelforfarmingandreadingeducationwith"threeclasroomlinkage"as thecore，"scholenterprise-communitycollboration"asteplatform，"dual-teacherteachers”astheguarantee，ndrivenby "diversfeditegatedvaluatio".oughfiveajoraths：cuulumintegationpracticeexpasionculturalilratioigial empowermentanddiversifiedevaluationfamingandreadingeducationaresystematicallyintegratedintotheentireprocesoftalenttraining.Practicehasprovedthatthefarmingandreadingeducationmodelhassignificantlyimprovedstudents‘felingsfor "agriculture，ruralareasandfarmers"，practicalskilsandcomprehensivequality，andhasprovidedreplicableandgeneralizable success cases for other higher vocational colleges.
