乡村振兴背景下高职涉农专业耕读教育的实践育人体系创新构建
——以咸阳职业技术学院为例

Abstract:Inthecontextofcomprehensivelypromotingtheruralrevitalizationstrategy,highervocationalagriculture-related majorsshouldertheimportantmisionofcultivatingnewtalentswhoknowandloveagriculture,andstrengthenagricultureand prosperagriculture.Taking Xianyang VocationalTechnicalCollgeasanexample,thispaperaimsattheproblemsexistinginthe currentfarmingandreading education,suchasweakawarenessof"knowingthehistoryofagriculture",lackof practiceofunderstandigagiculturalafais",disjointedlinsof"understandingagriculturalconditions",andinsufiientabiltyto"solegiculturalworres",soastobuildapracticaleducationmodelforfarmingandreadingeducationwith"threeclasroomlinkage"as thecore,"scholenterprise-communitycollboration"asteplatform,"dual-teacherteachers”astheguarantee,ndrivenby "diversfeditegatedvaluatio".oughfiveajoraths:cuulumintegationpracticeexpasionculturalilratioigial empowermentanddiversifiedevaluationfamingandreadingeducationaresystematicallyintegratedintotheentireprocesoftalenttraining.Practicehasprovedthatthefarmingandreadingeducationmodelhassignificantlyimprovedstudents‘felingsfor "agriculture,ruralareasandfarmers",practicalskilsandcomprehensivequality,andhasprovidedreplicableandgeneralizable success cases for other higher vocational colleges.
