Abstract：Inthecontextofcomprehensivelypromotingruralrevialization，howuniversities，asagatheringplaceoftalents， technologyandinteligence，canachievedepintegrationwithruraldevelopmentthroughmechanisminovationhasbecomean importantisse.ThispapertakesthepracticeofGuangdong WaterConservancyandElectricPowerVocationalandTechical Collge assistingLouxia Villge，HuilongTown，XinfengCountyShaoguanCityasanexample.Basedontheanalyticalframeworkof"Party BuildingLeading-PlatfoConstructioOperationDriven"，isystematicallydiscusssthepathsandmechanismsforuniversiisto drivetherevitalizationofruralindustriesthroughmultipleplatfoms.ThestudyfoundthatPartybuildingleadsthewaytobreak dowinstitutioalbarersthol-lalityopationoughoanzatioalconstuctiononsltatiofisdue sharing;hedivesifedplatfowith"cosumptionasistaeemostrationpark，uralevitalizationtringnteraborducation base，andPartymembereducationbase"asthecorerealizesthesystematictransformationofruralresoucesintodevelopmentasets; school-localitycolborativeprationfurterpomotestedpintegationof"ultureducationgiculturendtousm"，g virtuouscycleof"govemance-industrytalent-culture".Thisresearchprovidesaeplicableandgeneralizablepracticalparadigmfor universitiestoserveruralrevitalization，andalsoprovidesempiricalbasisfordepeningthetheoryofcolaborativegoveance between schools and localities.
