Abstract：AsMetaversetechnologyprogresssfromconceptualvalidationtoeducationalpractice，itprovidespivotalsupport fordrivingthetransformationofeducationalmodelsandimplementingthe"Three-WholeEducation"philosophy.Asanational frontierofreformandopeningup，theHainanFreeTradePorthassethigherdemandsfornewagriculturaltalentsinlinewith itsagriulturalmoderzationandtroicalhigheficiencyagiculturedevelopmentstrategyBasedonthe"Tree-WholeEducation" concept，thisstudyemployspolicytextanalysisndin-depthinterviewstosystematicallexploreinovativepathwaysthrough whichtheMetaverseempowersthecultivationofnewagriculturaltalentsintheHainanFreeTradePort.Throughinterviewswith 22agriculturaleducationexperts，corporatetechnologyleaders，andpolicymakers，combinedwithananalysisofrelevantpolicy textsinteFreeTradePort，thestudyfindsthattheMetaverse-byleveragingfunctionssuchasvirtualsimulation，crossdomain collborationandata-ivenisightsftivelyadreesotlnecksintradiioalaglturalucationcudingare practicalresoussuntitedisiplaryiegatiodlintetioalzatiolevlscssteeeimesisfllround，whole-process，andall-encompassngeducation.LeveragingthepolicyadvantagesoftheFreeTradePortthestudy proposesanintegratedcultivationmodelcenteredona"virtualtrainingplatform-interdisciplinarycoursemodules-interational collborativeprojects."Thisprovidestheoreticalreferencesandpracticalpathwaysfordepeningthedigitaltransforationof agriculturaleducationandsupportingegionalindustrialtalentsuplytherebyontrbutingtoteonstructionofanewfraework for "Three-Whole Education."
