基于“三全育人"的元宇宙赋能海南自贸港新农科人才培养创新路径研究

Abstract:AsMetaversetechnologyprogresssfromconceptualvalidationtoeducationalpractice,itprovidespivotalsupport fordrivingthetransformationofeducationalmodelsandimplementingthe"Three-WholeEducation"philosophy.Asanational frontierofreformandopeningup,theHainanFreeTradePorthassethigherdemandsfornewagriculturaltalentsinlinewith itsagriulturalmoderzationandtroicalhigheficiencyagiculturedevelopmentstrategyBasedonthe"Tree-WholeEducation" concept,thisstudyemployspolicytextanalysisndin-depthinterviewstosystematicallexploreinovativepathwaysthrough whichtheMetaverseempowersthecultivationofnewagriculturaltalentsintheHainanFreeTradePort.Throughinterviewswith 22agriculturaleducationexperts,corporatetechnologyleaders,andpolicymakers,combinedwithananalysisofrelevantpolicy textsinteFreeTradePort,thestudyfindsthattheMetaverse-byleveragingfunctionssuchasvirtualsimulation,crossdomain collborationandata-ivenisightsftivelyadreesotlnecksintradiioalaglturalucationcudingare practicalresoussuntitedisiplaryiegatiodlintetioalzatiolevlscssteeeimesisfllround,whole-process,andall-encompassngeducation.LeveragingthepolicyadvantagesoftheFreeTradePortthestudy proposesanintegratedcultivationmodelcenteredona"virtualtrainingplatform-interdisciplinarycoursemodules-interational collborativeprojects."Thisprovidestheoreticalreferencesandpracticalpathwaysfordepeningthedigitaltransforationof agriculturaleducationandsupportingegionalindustrialtalentsuplytherebyontrbutingtoteonstructionofanewfraework for "Three-Whole Education."
