Abstract：Againstthebackdropofthesimultaneousadvancementofthe"NewAgricultural Sciences"initiativeandvocational undergraduateeducationaddressingtheisconnectionbetweenPartybuildingandprofessonaldutieshasbecomeacriticalissue foruniversityfacultyartybranchesinfulfilingthefundamentaltaskoffosteringvituethrougheducationandservingtheural revitalizationstrategy.ThispaperexaminesthepracticesandoutcomesoftheFacultyPartyBranchoftheEnterpriseManagement DepartmentattheColegeofEconomicsandManagement，GuangxiVocationalUniversityofAgriculture，focusingonitsefortst integratePartybuildingwithprofessionalwork，therebysimultaneouslyadvancingbothteachingandsocialservices.Itexplores pathwaysforfacultyPartybranchesinagriculturaluniversitiestosynergizetheoreticalstudystrengthenPartymemberssenseof responsibilityndemphasizeresearchandinvestgationwithalentultivationdisciplinaryevelopment，andontributiostoral revitalization.Finally，thepaperofersrecommendationsforoptimizingthecoordinateddevelopmentofPartybuildingand professional work in university faculty Party branches.
