Abstract：Againstthe backdrop of global climatechangeand China's"Double-Carbon"goals，thetraditional "Forest Management"courseconfrontsthreepracticaldilemmas：disconection betweenteachingcontentandcuting-edgeneeds， misalignmentbetweeteaching modelsandpracticalskilstraining，anddeviationoftheevaluationsystemfromtheobjectiesof cultivatingcomprehensivecompetencies.Toadresstheseissues，thisstudyintroducestheOutcome-BasedEducationconceptasa methodologicalguideandsystematicallyexploresitsintegrationpathwith"Double-Carbon"educationinthe"ForestManagement" curriculum.Theresearchfirstelucidatestheinterallogicoftheir"two-wayconstructionandmutualpromotionmechanism."It thenreconstructsthecoursefromfourcoredimensions：teachingobjectives，content，mode，andevaluation.Specificaly，it establishesatree-dimensionaloutputgoalencompasing"literacyknowledge-ability"；basedonthebackwarddesignprinciple constructsteachingcontentmodulesfocusedondevelopingcompetenciesin"carbonsinkasessment，projectplanning，andmultiobjectivedecision-making";andinovativelydesignsacomprehensiveProject-BasedLearningmodelcenteredon"formulatinga forestcarbonsinkenhancementandmulti-objectivemanagementplan，"supportedbyadiversifiedevaluationsystem.Thisstudy providesareferentialtheoreticalmodelandpracticalblueprintforintegratingthe"Double-Carbon"strategyintospecialized courses，holding significant referencevalue forpromoting theconnotative development of higher forestry education.
