Abstract:Againstthe backdrop of global climatechangeand China's"Double-Carbon"goals,thetraditional "Forest Management"courseconfrontsthreepracticaldilemmas:disconection betweenteachingcontentandcuting-edgeneeds, misalignmentbetweeteaching modelsandpracticalskilstraining,anddeviationoftheevaluationsystemfromtheobjectiesof cultivatingcomprehensivecompetencies.Toadresstheseissues,thisstudyintroducestheOutcome-BasedEducationconceptasa methodologicalguideandsystematicallyexploresitsintegrationpathwith"Double-Carbon"educationinthe"ForestManagement" curriculum.Theresearchfirstelucidatestheinterallogicoftheir"two-wayconstructionandmutualpromotionmechanism."It thenreconstructsthecoursefromfourcoredimensions:teachingobjectives,content,mode,andevaluation.Specificaly,it establishesatree-dimensionaloutputgoalencompasing"literacyknowledge-ability";basedonthebackwarddesignprinciple constructsteachingcontentmodulesfocusedondevelopingcompetenciesin"carbonsinkasessment,projectplanning,andmultiobjectivedecision-making";andinovativelydesignsacomprehensiveProject-BasedLearningmodelcenteredon"formulatinga forestcarbonsinkenhancementandmulti-objectivemanagementplan,"supportedbyadiversifiedevaluationsystem.Thisstudy providesareferentialtheoreticalmodelandpracticalblueprintforintegratingthe"Double-Carbon"strategyintospecialized courses,holding significant referencevalue forpromoting theconnotative development of higher forestry education.
