特色产业赋能乡村振兴的实践

——基于甘肃省静宁县苹果产业的实证研究

Abstract：Againstthebackdropofthein-depthimplementationoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，characteristicindustries serveasthecorestartingpointforactivatingruraleconomicvitality，increasingfarmersincome，andpromotingcomprehensive ruraldevelopment.Theirevelopmentqualityisdirectlyrelatedtothefectivenessofruralrevitalization.Relyingonitsunique naturalendowment，JingningCounty，Gansu Province，aftermorethan4Oyearsofdeepcultivation，hassuccesfullycultivatedthe appleindustryintoapilarindustryofthecountyeconomyanda"richfruit"forincreasingfarmers‘income.Ithasforeda fullchaidevelopmentmodelof"plantingscale，productionstandardization，deepenngprocesingprecision，marketingbanding andintegrationdiversification"，exploringanefectivepathforunderdevelopedareasinnorthwestChinatodriveregional developmentandruralrevitalization.Thispapersystematicallycombstheremarkableachievementsoftheappleindustryin JingningCountyinthefullhaindevelopmentmodel，anddeeplyanalyzesthedficultiesandchallengesitfacesinesofthe internalstructureoftheindustry，technologicalempowerment，chainextension，brandbuilding，integrationofagricultureand tourism，anddisasterpreventionandreduction.Basedonthis，itproposescountermeasuresandsuggestionssuchasbuildinga diversifiedvarietysystem，strengtheningscientificandtechnologicalinnovation，promotingfull-chainupgrading，impleenting brandstrategies，deepeningintegrationofagricultureandtourism，andstrengtheningriskpreventionandcontrol.Thepurposeis toenrichthetoreticalresearchonteintegrateddevelopmentofharacteristicindustriesandruralrevitaiation，withviewto providingtheoreticalreferenceandpracticalmirrorforthecentralandwesternregionsofmycountrytorelyoncharacteristic industries toachieve high-quality development and the continuous deepening ofcomprehensiverural revitalization.
