Abstract：Againstthebackdropoftheacceleratingglobalizationofthe internetofthings（IoT）industryinternational standards，astheoresupportfortechnicalmutualrecognitionandindustrialcollboration，havebecomeincreasingly strategicandvaluable.ThispaperfocusesonISO/IECJTC1/SC41onIoTanddigital twin，andsystematicallyreviews its organizationalstructure，publishedintemationalstandardssytem，ndprojectsunderdevelopment.Bydeeplyanalyingthe curentstatusofintermationalstandardsadoptionbySAC/TC28/SC41onIoTanddigitaltwin，thispaperevaluates the level ofstandardizationinChina’sIoTsector.TheresearchshowsthatChinahas establishedamulti-dimensionalandmult-level interationalstandardscomparisonmechanism，with ultipleintermationalstandardsdeeplyintegrated intothedevelopment ofdomestictechnologiesandindustries.However，inemergingsubfeldssuchasunderwateracousticnetworks，there isstil significantroomforimprovementinthe transformationandaplicationofintermationalstandards.The findingsof this study canprovide important decision-makingreferences forimprovingthetop-leveldesignofChina’sIoTstandards systemand accelerating the internationalization process of the industry.
