Abstract：To address issues such as colaboration barriers and information distortion resulting from inefficient communication in project management，this paper constructsa scientific standards system for project communication management，to enhance thecollaborative eficiencyof project teams and information transmissonquality.Basedon project management theory and communication models，the paper analyzes the critical elements and research status of projectcommunication management，and identifies theroot causes from perspectives of individuals，organizations and management.Employingthe“problemidentification-theoreticalmodeling-establishingstandardssystem”methodology，the paperestablishesa“three-stageandthree-dimensional’architecture modelcoveringtheentire projectlifecycles.Basedon organizationalmanagementaswellasstandardsandregulations，isupports thestrategiclayerexecutionlayerandguarantee layer.Through thecommunication evaluationsystem，itintegratescommunication management intheproject inanallround way.Bymeansofstandardizedcommunicationandfeedback mechanisms，itsignificantlyimproves the timeliness and eliabilityofcommunication，providing theoreticaland practical tools forproject communicationstandardization.
