Comparative Study on Safety Indicators of Oxidative Hair Dyes between the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan Region

Abstract：Cross-Straitcosmeticstradehasbeengrowingbutitisstillnderedbyfactorssuchasdiferences insandards of both sidesoftheTaiwan Strait.Fromtheperspectiveof standardization，this paper explores thepathofcross-Strait cosmeticsintegration.Taking theoxidative hairdyesapprovedbythetwosidesof theTaiwanStraitasanexample，this paper explores the differences incross-Strait safety indicators for cosmeticsby summarizing the cross-Strait cosmetics safetystandardsandregulatorysystems，comparingthesafetylimitsofoxidativehairdyes，andfurthercomparingthemwith thesafetyregulationsoftheEU.Thecomparisonresultsshowthattherearesignificantdiferences inthesafetyindicators ofoxidativehairdyesbetween thetwosidesofthe Strait，andthere isalsoanotablediscrepancyinconsistency withEU regulatios.Inthisegardasedntheresultsofteomparativestudythispaperputsforwardtargetedandghlyeasible suggestions，suchasactivelycaryingoutresearchonstandardsdiferencesanddevelopingcommonstandards，topromote the integrated development of the cros-Strait cosmetics industry.
