Standardization of Data Interfaces Drives AI Innovation: A Study on Policy Coordination and Industrial Practices

Abstract:This paper focusesonthecritical issueofdatainterfacestandardizationinthedevelopmentofartificial intellgence(AI),investigatingthemechanisms throughwhichpolicycoordinationandindustrialpracticesenhancedata interoperability.Basedonathre-dimensional“policy-standard-application”framework,thepaperemploysapproaches suchas literatureanalysis,comparativecasestudies,andquantitativeevauationtosystematicallyexaminetheevolution ofpolicies,standardssystem,andindustrialpracticesathomeandabroad.ItisfoundthatChinahassignificantlyreduced AI development costsby 28.5% and improved data interaction efficiency by 25%~40% ,through hierarchical standards frameworkanddynamic update mechanisms.However,Chinastillfaces chalenges including standardslagging behind technologicaladvancementsand insuficientcross-industryadaptability.Case studiesdemonstratethatstandardization practices in e-government and medical AI can reduce system integration cycles by over 70% .In conclusion,a synergistic governancesystemintegrating“technology-policy-industry”shouldbeestablishedtobalancestandardizationuniformity andinovation,andanationalstandardizationcommiteeandoen-sourcecommunitiesshouldbestablishedatthelevel of policies.Thesesuggestions provide theoretical supportand practicalpathways forconstructingdatafactormarkets whileofering technicalreferences forthelawonAIand internationalstandardscompliance.Italsoidentifiesfuture directions,including dynamic assessment tools.
