Standardized Analysis of Service Quality Evaluation for Cross-border E-commerce Third-party Platforms

Abstract:Asanimportantchannelforinternationaltrade,theservicelevelandefciencyprovidedbythird-partycrossborder e-commerce service platforms directly affectthe transactionrate and user experience on the platform.With the continuous expansionof the transaction scaleof cross-bordere-commerce,complex issues are constantly emerging in payment,logistics,datasecurityandotheraspects.The standardizationconstructionofservicequality evaluation for thirdpartycross-border e-commerce service platforms has becomeanecesity for industrydevelopment. Currentlythereare alreadymanystandardsrelatedtoe-commercebothdomesticallyandintermationally,buttheservicequalityevaluation standards for third-partycross-border e-commerce service platforms arerarely mentioned.This paper sortsoutthe existing standards,analyzes thenecessityandconstituent elementsof the standardizationof servicequalityevaluation forthirdpartycro-border e-commerce service platforms,constructs aservice quality evaluation system forthe platforms,and puts forwardsuggestionssuhsintelligence,collaborativecooperation,yamicotizationndaligmntwithiteatioal standards,inorder to promotethe standardization constructionand continuous improvement ofservicequality evaluation forthird-partycrossbordere-commerceserviceplatforms,andprovideideas forpromotingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof the cross-border e-commerce industry.
