Abstract： International standards，asanimportant meansforChinatodeeplyparticipate inglobal economicandtrade aswellas technological governance，havegraduallybecomeastrategichighgroundininternationalcompetition.This papertakes the fieldof engineering constructionas the entry point and adopts asystematic analysis framework of “currentsituation-problem-path”’toconductacomprehensiveanalysisof theoverallsituation，obstructivefactorsand breakthrough logic of China's participation in the development of international standards.
