Abstract:Withthe increasinglystrict environmental standards forindustrial finished productsand their packaging in Europeandthe U.S.,thetraditionaloil-basedand nitrite-containing water-basedrust prevention processs have been phasedout.However,theapplicationof water-basedrust inhibitors imported from Europe and the U.S.or produced by jointventures faces the technical challengeofhigh costs.Therefore,most domestic manufacturersofblack metal partsare exploring theuseof water-basedcuttingfuids forsurfacerust preventionoftheir products.However,inthe summer,when usinglow-cost water-based cuting fluids forrust prevention,and packaging the shaft heads in moisture-proof wooden boxes,thereisaparticularlyhigh probabilityofrustfailure duringmaritime transportationandoverseas storage.Therefore, byusing the factoranalysis methodand presenting theresults inthe formofafishbone diagram,through theanalysis and research on the surfaceconditionofthe shaft heads,packaging environment,technical indicatorsof packaging materials, andpackaging methods,multiplefactorsthataffectthecore indicatorofmoisturecontent—theabsolutevalue—of moistureproof packaging in wooden boxes were identified.Through experiments,the process indicators wereparameterized in termsof the absolute moisture contentofpackaging materialsand packaging environment,thedrynessof the workpiece, packaging methods,as wellas storageandprotection environment.Theappropriate moisturecontentoftheinerpackaging materials was verified: moisture content of wooden separators should be 3% to 6% ,corrugated cardboard should be 5% to 8% ,and silica gel desiccant should be leq4% .Intermsof management,gas-phase rust-proof film wasused to replace rustproof paper;andwater-resistantseparators wereusedtoindirectlyreduce the moistureabsorptioncapacityofthepackaging bags,effectively blocking the penetrationofair moisture.Theabsolute humidityof theoperating space inthepackaging environment was controlled at ≤12g/m3 to control the negative impact factors of the storage and transportation environment. To solidifytheachievements,theworkingmethodwasstandardized,andtheprocessfowandoperationinstructions were formulated toachieve standardized managementofSOPand SIP,effectivelycontroling the system influence factors.
