Abstract:Thepaintfilmimpactteststandards,as thecore technical specificationforcoating performanceevaluation, hasevolvedthroughthreestages:germination,development,andmaturity.Thestandardshaveformedapyramidsystem coveringfourlayersofstructure:foundation,method,product,andappication.Theyare widelyused in fields such as automotive manufacturing,buildingdecoration,andelectronicproducts,anddirectlyafect productdurabilityand marketcompetitiveness.The current standards innovation focuses on the integration of intelligent detection technology, optimizationof evaluationsystemforeco-friendlycoatings,andresearchonspecialenvironmentaladaptability.However, it stillfaceschaengessuchasinsuficientconsistencyoftestresults,bottenecks inmicroscopicdamage evaluation,and difficulties inadapting tonew materials.Bysystematicallyreviewing the evolutionofthestandards systemand crossdisciplinaryapplication practices,this studyreveals the keyroleof standardization in improving the level of coating technology.Inthe future,breakthroughsareneededinnanocoating testing,dynamicevaluationof inteligentmaterials, andfullifecycleanalysis,providing theoreticalsupportand practicalguidance forstandardsupgradingandsustainable development in the industry.
