Abstract: To improve the indication accuracy of laser methane sensors used in coal mine gas monitoring,a standardized calibration system Was developed to address erors caused by environmental changes,inconsistent procedures,and unclear evaluation criteria.Based on detection principles and error mechanisms,the paper proposed unified calibration conditions,standardized procedures,and quantitative evaluation methods.Takinga KJCH24/25- LG sensoras theresearch object,the multi-pointconcentration calibration test was conducted,under the standard experimental conditions of 25∘C , 101.3kPa ,andagasflowrate of 0.30L/min ,with a concentration range of 0%~4.00% .The results showed that after calibration,the measurement errors at each point of the sensor were within ±0.05% ,and the average error reduced from +0.14% to +0.02% .The method can be applied to factory inspection, regular recalibration,and on-site rapid verification,which has good applicability and promotion value.
