A Study on Facial Expression Classification of Chinese Individuals Based on the“Seven Emotions” Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract:To improve theaccuracyoffacial expressonrecognitionamong Chinese people,thepaper aims to provide correct expressions for the consistency between Chinese facial expressions and internal emotions,and propose the classificationsystem,classficationcriteria,andcorresponding features suitable forChinese facial expressions.Thispaper comprehensivelysortsoutthedomesticandintermationalresearchongeneralclasificationsoffacial expressons,thelatest findingson therelationship between facialexpresionsandemotions,as well as thedilemmas faced byuniversal facial expressonrecognitionsystems inidentifying Chinese facial expressons.Starting fromtheoptimizationoffacialexpression classificationcriteria,thepaperdemonstratesthatthepresentationoffacialexpresionsisinfuencedbytraditionalculture. It extracts thetypicalfeaturesofChinsefacial expressions,ndexploresissessuchasusingmicro-expresionstoassist in verifying theauthenticityof expressons.Thepaperaims toprovide technical guidance and standardssupport for the optimizationoffacial expressionrecognitionsystems forChinesepeople,thecorrectexpressionofemotions through facial expressions,and the presentation of warm,emotional facial expressions in related digital humans.
