长江三角洲区域标准《雷电防护装置检测部位及检测点确认技术规范》解读

Abstract:The paper focuses onthreecore questions in lightning protectionsystem inspection:“whereare theinspection points”,“whataretheinspectionpoints”,and“howshouldtheinspectionpointsbefilledin”.Itprovidesanin-depth interpretationofthetechnicalinnovationsandpracticalvalueofDB31/T310026-2024(alsocodedasDB32/T310026-2024, DB33/T310026-2024,andDB34/T310026-2024),whichisaunifiedlocalstandardintheYangtzeRiverDeltaregion.The standardhas innovativelydevelopedamathematicalmodelforcalculatingthenumberofinspectionpoints,establisheda five-principleconfirmation system,constructedafour-categoryclassificationofinspection point soures,systematically specified seven major inspection locations and their corresponding inspection points,and innovated seven technical appendices.Through extensivevalidationby310inspectioninstitutionsand3,315practitioners,the standardeffectively addreses the industrychallengeofinconsistentinspectionpointselection,achievingthe standardizationandnomalization of inspection practices.The standard has beenadopted bySAC/TC258and included inT/CAS996,providing technical supportand demonstration leadership forinspectionoflightning protectionsystemnationwide.Researchhasshown thatthis standard hasachievedbreakthroughs inthecientificitysystematicnessandpracticabilityofthedetectionpoints,layinga solid foundation for the development of inspection technology for lightning protection system.
