Abstract：The inteligent transformation ofscenic areas has become astrategicchoice for breaking through their development bottlenecks and constructing a new cultural and tourism ecosystem.Based on the research on the standardizationof smartpark construction，this paper takes the Summer Palace，aWorld Cultural Heritage Site，asan example.Through theorganic linkage of three coreelements，namely the moderm inheritanceof traditional protection concepts，theintegratedappicationof intelligenttechnologyclusters，andthecollaborativeoperationofthedata hub system，aframeworkfortheintelligent transformationoftheummerPalaceisconstructed.Thisframeworkwillpromote thecomprehensive upgrading of similar scenic areas in fivemajor fields：heritage protection，tourist services，cultural dissemination， safety management，and basic management.
