山东省铝合金建筑型材产品质量现状及分析

Abstract：Architecturalaluminumalloyprofiles，askeymaterials inthefieldofengineering construction，directly relateto thearchitectural safetyas wellas consumerrights and interests.This paper takesarchitectural aluminum alloy profiles in Shandong Province as theresearch object，systematically analyzes the quality characteristics and the causes of problems basedon the current situation of industrydevelopment，the inspection system，and the sampling dataof provincialsupervision in the past six years.The studyshows that the geographical concentration of aluminum profile production enterprises in Shandong Province is high，but the enterpriseshave problems such as irregular production proces and lack of inspection capacity.The data of sampling inspection in the past six years show that the unqualified products are concentrated in anodizing painting and powder spraying as well as thermal insulationprofiles，and the longitudinal shear characteristic value （high temperature）is a high-frequency unqualified item.The unqualified rate of Shandong Province sampling inspection in 2024 is 8% ，the main problems involve thedeviationofchemical compositionandthe lack offilm thickness，which isdirectlyrelated to the raw material control and the inappropriate surface treatment process.The research suggests thatthe quality should be improved from three aspects： the whole-processquality control of enterprises，the dynamic sampling mechanismof regulatorydepartments，and the promotionof industry technical standards，to help the industrytodevelop towards greenness and standardization.
