Abstract:Toadressthecontradictionbetween thesurge inworksafetystandardizationreviewtasksatacertain nuclear industry groupandthe insuffcient efciencyof the traditional manualreviewmode employed byreview institutions, this studyaimstoexploreandverifyeectivepathwaysforefciencyimprovement.Through statisticalanalysisof time consumptioninthereviewprocessandeficiencybenchmarkingagainstpeer institutions,thestudyidentifies thateffcency botlenecksareoncentatedintheekeytages:expertsigentissueggegatonaneortompilationByling therelationdiagramanalysis (atoolofkeyfactoranalysis),fivecriticalfactorsconstraining efficiencyareidentified, including thelackofauxiliary tools forexpert assignment,andthelackofautomationtools forreviewdatastatistics. Combining artificial intelligencegenerated content (AIGC)technology,the studyconstructsandappliesasystemfeaturing dynamic expert profiling,closed-loop issue processing,and comprehensivesupport forreport compilation.Practical applicationverificationhas demonstratedthatthis improvementschemecan efectivelyreduce the manual inputrequired forasinglereviewand enhancereview effciency.It successfully promotes the transformationof thereview model from “human-led”to“human-machinecollaboration”,providingatheoretical basisand technicalreferenceforoptimizing the work safety standardization review process in the nuclear industry.
