The Improved Effect of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on Urinary Microalbumin and Renal Function Indicators in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Qi and Yin Deficiency Type

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo analyze the therapeutic efectof modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoctionon diabetic nephropathywithqiandyindeficiency type.MethodsFrom January 2O24 to June 2025，86 patients withdiabetic nephropathy of qiand yin deficiencytype admitedto Taizhou Third People's Hospital were non-random convenientlyselected and divided into two groups according to diferent treatment methods，43 cases ineach group.Thecontrol group was treated with Western medicine，and theobservation group was treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction.The curativeefect，biochemicalindexes，blood glucoselevelandtraditional Chinesemedicine （TCM）syndromescoresof the two groups were compared.Results The total effctive rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67 % （42/ 43）， which was higher than 81.40% （35/43） in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant χ2= 4.468， P <0.05）.After treatment，thebiochemical indexes，blood glucose and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were better than thoseof the control group，and the diferences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. Conclusion The modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction has a better therapeutic efecton patients with diabetic nephropathyof qiand yin deficiency type.Itcan improve theurinary microalbumin and renal function indicators of patients.
