The Impact Insulin Detemir on Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes in PatientswithGestational DiabetesMellitus

Department ， ， ，， [Abstract]Objective In view patients with gestational diabetes melitus （GDM），teapplication effect insulindetemir was systematicalldiscussd，and its mechanismand influence on the incidence adverse pregnancyoutcomes were analyzed.Methods This studyconveniently selected84 GDM patients admited to the Department in from March 2024to January 2O25as the research sample.According to thediference inthetreatmentinsulin，thepatients were divided into two groups，including 42 patients.Both groupsreceived individualized management.The control group was given insulin aspart injection intervention， while the observation group was given insulindetemirintervention.The blood glucoselevels，self-managementlevel，andtheincidenceadverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The levels fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial blood glucoseand glycated hemoglobinAlcin theobservation group were significantlylower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. In terms self-management，the selfmanagement levels the observation groupafter intervention were higher than those thecontrol group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）.Regarding the incidence adverse pregnancy outcomes，the observation group was lower than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion Insulindetemirisefective inGDMpatientsandhelps tolower theblood glucoselevelpatients.Theself-management level patients is relatively low，which can improve the pregnancy outcome patients.
