Department of Nursing,Liupanshui Shougang Shuigang Hospital,Liupanshui 553ooo,Guizhou, China [Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheinfluencingfactorsof neonatal hypoglycemia inpatientswith gestationaldiabetes mellitus(GDM)and to formulate targeted nursing interventionmeasures.Methods Theclinicaldataof127neonates born to GDM patients admitted to Liupanshui Shougang Shuigang Hospital from July 2O23 to June 2O25 were retrospectively selected.The neonates were divided into the hypoglycemia group and the non-hypoglycemia group based on whether hypoglycemiaoccurred.Theclinicaldataof neonates and mothers werecoected,andsingle-factoranalysis wasused to screen theinfluencing factors.MultivariatebinaryLogisticregressionanalysis was conducted to identifytheindependent risk factors with statistical diferences.Results Among the127 neonates born to GDMpatients, 24 cases had hypoglycemia,with an incidence rate of 18.90% (24/127).
