[Abstract]Objective To investigate theapplication valueofcombined detectionofthree isletautoantibodiesand biochemicalindexes intheearlydiagnosis oflatentautoimmunediabetesmelitus inadults (LADA).MethodsAtotalof 120 patientswith diabetes diagnosedand treatedin Panzhou People'sHospital fromJanuary 2O22 to December 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into type2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) group n =60) and LADA group ( n =60)according to the typeof disease.The glutamicaciddecarboxylase antibodies(GADA),insulinautoantibodies (IAA),islet cell antibodies (ICA)and routine biochemical indexes [fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG),glycated hemoglobinA1c (HbAlc),C-peptide] were detected andcompared between the two groups. Results The levels of IAA,ICA,GADA,FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc in the LADA group were higher than those in the T2DM group,and the levelof C-peptide was lower than that in the TDM group,the diferences were statisticall significant (all P<0.05 ).The area under the curve of combined detection of each index was O.935,the sensitivity and specificity were 96.67% and 88.33% ,respectively,which were higher than those of single detection.Conclusion The detectionofbiochemicalindicatorsintheearlydiagnosisandidentificationofLADAcombinedwiththreeisletautoantibodiescanimprove thediagnostic eficiencyand has guiding significancefor clinical follw-up treatment decisions.
