The Value of High Quality Nursing Intervention after Artificial Liver Plasma Replacement in Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Liver Failure

[Abstract]Objective Toanalyze thevalueofhighqualitynursing interventionafter artificialliver plasmareplacement in patients with diabetesmelitus complicated with liver failure.MethodsA total of92 patients with diabetes mellituscomplicatedwithliverfailurewhounderwentartificial liverplasmareplacementinthe91Oth Hospital，Joint Logistic Support Force，Chinese People's Liberation Army from January2018 to September 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The routine group （ n =46） received traditional nursing，and the study group （ n =46） received high quality nursing intervention. The blood glucose control level， compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of thetwo groups were examined.Results After nursing，the fasting plasma glucose，glycated hemoglobinA1c levelsof the studygroup were lowerthan thoseof the routine group，andthediferenceswere statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）.Thecomplianceratesofreasonable diet，correct medication，blood glucose detectionand exercise management in the study group werehigher than those inthe routine group，and thedifferences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group，and the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion The effct of high quality nursing interventionafterartificial liver plasma replacement fordiabetesmelituscomplicatedwith liver failureisbeter， which can effectively control blood glucose，improve compliance，and have higher nursing satisfaction.
