Effect Doctor-nurse-patient Integrated Health Education on Selfmanagement Ability and Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Type 2 DiabetesMellitus

YANGYan,YANGYanhong,QIHui , , 361OO2,, [Abstract] Objective To explorethe changes self-management abilityand blood glucose level in patients with type 2diabetes melitusafterthe implementation doctor-nurse-patientintegrated health education.MethodsA total 80 patients with type2diabetes melitus admited to from January 2O23 to June 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the diference nursing methods,with 40 cases i each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given doctor-nursepatient integrated healtheducation.Theself-managementability,blood glucose levelandquality life werecompared between thetwo groups.Results Before nursing,there wasno significant diference inself-management ability, blood glucose level and quality life between the two groups (all P>0.05 ). After nursing, the scores the Summary DiabetesSelf-care Activities inthe observation group were higher than those in thecontrol group,and the diffrence were statistically significant (all P<0.05 ).The levels glycated hemoglobin Alc,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose andfasting plasma glucose in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group,and the diferences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The scores Generic Quality Life Inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05).Conclusion Doctor-nurse-patient integrated health education intervention can improve self-managementabilityand quality life for patients with type2 diabetes mellitus,and the effect blood glucose control is better.
