TheApplication Value of Combined Tests ofBlood-urine Biochemical Indicators in the Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy

Department of Laboratory Medicine，Dafeng People's Hospital，Yancheng 2241Oo，Jiangsu， China [Abstract]ObjectiveTo exploretheefectofcombined blood-urine biochemicalindex testinginthediagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Theclinical dataof156diabeticpatientsadmited toDafeng People's Hospitalof Yancheng City from May 2024 to October 2O25 were retrospectively selected.Among them，78 patients with simple diabetes were the control group，and 78 patients with diabetic nephropathy were the observation group.Both groups of patientsunderwent blood-urine biochemical index testing，and thebiochemical index levelsof thetwo groups were compared.The receiver operating characteristic （ROC）curve was drawn to analyze the value of single index and combined index testing inthe diagnosisof diabeticnephropathy.ResultsThe biochemical index levels of theobservation group were higher than those of the control group，and the diferences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. The ROC curve analysis showed that the areaunder thecurve ofcombined testing for diagnosis was O.935，and the sensitivityand specificity of combined diagnosiswere 80.77% and 98.72% respectively，which were higher than thoseof singlediagnosis，andthe diagnostic valuewashigh.Conclusion Throughcombined blood-urine biochemicalindex testing，itishelpful toaccuratelyassess therenal injuryofdiabetic patients，ndcandiagnose thepatient'scondition as early as possible，which is of great significance for disease treatment and prognosis improvement.

糖尿病是常发于老年人的慢性代谢性疾病，主要因胰岛素分泌绝对或相对不足、胰岛素作用缺陷致使碳水化合物、脂肪及蛋白质代谢紊乱，特征以慢性高血糖为主，长期可引起多系统损害，若未及时控制患者血糖，可累及多个脏器，严重威胁其健康[]。（剩余4732字）
