Application of Low-intensity Aerobic Rehabilitation Exercise and Resistance Training in the Rehabilitation Therapy of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy Undergoing Hemodialysis

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effectoflow-intensityaerobic rehabilitation exerciseand resistance training in the rehabilitation treatment of diabetic kidney disease (DKD)patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods A totalof 118DKD hemodialysispatients admitted to Youxi County General Hospital from February 202 to February 2025 wereconvenientlyselectedas theresearchobjects,and divided into thecontrol group(59 cases,routinerehabilitationguidance)andthe study group(59 cases,low-intensity aerobicrehabilitation exerciseand resistance training on basis of thecontrol group)bydifferent intervention methods.Thephysical function,laboratory indicators,and fatigue status in both groups were compared.Results The distance of6min walking test inthe two groups was prolonged after treatment,the distance of(457.69±55.84)m in the study group was longer than that in the control group (391.82 ± (204号 52.06)m,and the difference was statistically significant (t=12.592, P <0.05).After treatment,the grip strength of the study group was larger than thatof the control group,and the urea clearance index was increased,the diferences were statistically significant (all P<0.05 ).After treatment,the serum creatinine level and the Chinese version of Piper Fatigue Revised Scalescore decreased inthe two groups,and the study group was lower than the controlgroup,the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05 ).ConclusionLow-intensity aerobic rehabilitation exercise and resistance training can improve exercise tolerance and muscle strength in DKD hemodialysis patients,enhance dialysis adequacy,regulate serum creatinine levels,and alleviate fatigue symptoms.
