摘 要 文章从教师基本信息、团队成员结构、团队建设状态(团队目标、团队带头人能力、团队协作、团队精神、团队环境)三个方面,具体分析了湖南地方高职院校“双师型”教学团队建设调研数据,并剖析了目前教学团队建设存在的不足,旨在为后续提出湖南地方高职院校“双师型”教学团队建设策略提供依据。

"Dual Teacher" Teaching Teams in Hunan Local Vocational Colleges

Abstract The article analyzes the research data on the construction of "dual teacher" teaching teams in Hunan local vocational colleges from three aspects: basic information of teachers, team member structure, and team building status (team goals, team leader abilities, team collaboration, team spirit, and team environment), and analyzes the shortcomings of current teaching team construction. The aim is to provide a basis for the subsequent research on the construction strategy of the "dual teacher" teaching team in Hunan local vocational colleges.

近年来,地方高职院校抓住机遇,不断蜕变,迅速发展,但由于部分地方高职院校地处湖南省非发达地市,人才引进难度大,“双师型”教学团队建设遭遇深度瓶颈。(剩余2935字)
