产教融合背景下物联网应用技术专业人才培养模式研究

摘 要 为实现人才培养与社会需求的有机融合，文章以广东省某高职院校物联网应用技术专业为例，阐述了在产教融合背景下创新人才培养模式的探索路径，即实地需求调研、专业课程优化、促进产学合作和强化就业指导，并建立以“5P”为中心的物联网应用技术专业人才培养模式。

Research on the Talent Training Model of IoT Application Technology

under the Background of Industry Education Integration

Abstract In order to achieve the organic integration of talent cultivation and social needs， the article takes the IoT application technology major of a vocational college in Guangdong Province as an example to elaborate on the exploration path of innovative talent cultivation models under the background of industry education integration， including on-site demand research， professional curriculum optimization， promoting industry university cooperation， and strengthening employment guidance. It also establishes a talent cultivation model for IoT application technology majors centered on "5P".
