AbstractTocultivatehighqualitytalentsforthefood industry,thispapersystematicallanalyzedthecurrent teaching status theFruit Vegetable Storagecourse interms teaching content,practical teaching,teaching mode evaluation system, proposedcoresponding teaching reform strategies based onartificial intellgence (AI) technology.Specifically,it adoptedAI technologiessuch as natural language procesing computervision to dynamically integratecuting-edge industryachievements forupdating teaching content;integrated technologies including virtualreality(VR),ugmentedreality(AR),virtuallabratoriesintellgent teachingassistants toinovate teaching methods; constructed personalized learning programs based on students’learning data; developed an intellgent assessment evaluation system.Thisstudy aimed to exploreanew teachingpath that mets industry dems,improve the quality course teaching, provide a reference for the construction relatedapplicationoriented agricultural courses.
