农业微生物学课程双语教学改革实践与探索

AbstractTo cultivate innovative talents,this studyaddressed the room for improvement in the Agricultural Microbiologycourseregarding textbookadaptability,teaching implementation,andevaluationsystem,andconstructeda targetedreform plan.In terms of textbook selection,BrockMicroorganisms wasadoptedas the core material, supplemented withapplication-oriented contentof agricultural microrganisms and cuting-edge advances insynthetic biology to connect basic theorieswith industrial needs.During the teaching process,bilingual instruction was implemented (with over 50% ofthe content delivered in English),integrating AI tools for assisted learning,integrated trainingof academic English“reading-writing-speaking”,andcultivationofresearch ethics toenhance the systematicnessand efectiveness of teaching.For the evaluation method,amulti-dimensional system covering profesional basic Englishcompetence,academic writing,nd classoom interaction was established to comprehensively assess students’comprehensive literacy.Aquestionnaire survey conductedamong 74 students (withan effective recovery rate of 97% )showed that 85% of the students recognized the effectiveness of the new teaching model,and students’English application ability,autonomous learning ability,and research literacywere significantly improved. This studycan provideareference for theoptimizationof bilingual teaching inAgricultural Microbiologyand similar courses.
